Since 2019, the team at ETS-Astana LLP has been overseeing the operation of a 5 MW wind farm (ВЭС-5 MW) and associated cable-overhead power transmission lines (COPT). These facilities are interconnected with the 110 kV/10 kV Akshukur substation of Aktau Power Distribution Zone, managed by Mangistau Regional Electric Grid Company JSC.

ETS-Astana LLP has been cooperating with BEST-Group LLP since 2019. During this period, a joint project was undertaken for the construction and commissioning of a 5 MW wind farm near the city of Aktau, the regional center of the Mangistau region (hereafter referred to as the 5 MW Akshukur wind farm).
