Personal data processing agreement

You hereby confirm your consent to the processing of personal data by ETS-Astana LLP: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer (solely for the purpose of implementing the project), blocking, depersonalization, destruction. 

ETS-Astana LLP guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is conducted to ensure the effective execution of orders, contracts, and other obligations accepted by ETS-Astana LLP as binding. 

This consent applies to the following personal data: last name, first name and patronymic, email address, postal address for delivery of orders, contact phone number, payment details. 

The validity period of the consent is unlimited. You may revoke this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the address: 7, Al-Farabi ave.,bldg. 4A, Nurly Tau BC, office 11, Almaty, 050059, Republic of Qazaqstan, ETS-Astana LLP marked «Revocation of consent for processing of personal data».

Please note that withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from the Internet site (http://www.tmenergo.kz/en/), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data, in the personal data processing systems of ETS-Astana LLP, which may make it impossible to use the Internet services of ETS-Astana LLP. 

By providing this information, I guarantee that it is complete, accurate, and reliable, and that its provision does not violate the current legislation of the Republic of Qazaqstan or the legal rights and interests of third parties.
